Purchase

To take advantage of this promotion you must purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 in-store or online from one of the participating re-sellers between 4th February 2019 and 4th May 2019.

Claim

You must submit your claim by 24th May 2019 and post the trade in device to us to reach us before 18th March 2019

You will receive a notification email of your trade in submission from helpdesk@samsungrecycle.co.uk.


Return

Once we have received your old device, our engineers will carry out an inspection and send you an email confirming the validation of your claim from helpdesk@samsungrecycle.co.uk


Payment

After we receive the product, we will inspect it within 2 working days . If the phone matches the condition you have described in the sell order form, then you will be paid within 24 hours*. If the phone does not match the condition then we will send you an email with a revised quote. At this point, you can accept the revised quote or reject the quote. If you accept the revised quote then you will be paid within 24 hours* . If you reject the revised quote then we will ship your old phone back to you free of charge. *working hours
